The house is a cultural monument \u2013 established in documents, in literature from the fields of history and art history and in collective memory \u2013 that is on the verge of crumbling down on the tenants\u2019 heads.<\/p>\n

Although a quick inspection found it temporarily unfit for habitation, the tenants have not left it because they have no alternative.<\/p>\n
